Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service, hospitality, retail, asset protection or operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion with store information.
• Strong communication with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer entering or exiting the store with a warm, confident greeting.
• Monitor entrances and high‑risk areas to reduce opportunities for theft.
• Identify and report theft or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Support shortage reduction programs and train associates as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and follow safety and security standards.
