Qualifications

• Associate's degree and 1 year of relevant experience.
• OR equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
• Experience with Windows OS and device deployment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline desk-side and remote IT support for faculty and staff.
• Coordinate setup, configuration, and deployment of equipment for new employees.
• Manage hardware inventory and assist with move coordination and AV setup.
• Triage, document, and resolve support requests; maintain records in Wrike.
• Train student employees assisting with IT operations and service functions.
