Diagnose and resolve network issues including VPN and campus connectivity; coordinate with network experts.
Provide first-tier A/V support for classrooms, meetings, and presentations; assist with setup.
Educate users via direct interaction and documentation on services and tools.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to support complex instrumentation and software; ensure regulatory compliance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
