Job summary

Integris, a national IT services leader, seeks a Systems Technician to provide frontline support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365, and basic connectivity. You’ll be the first contact via phone, email, or client portal, delivering exceptional service while resolving tickets efficiently.

Responsibilities span from service desk to client sites as needed, with growth into higher-level administration over time.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Entry-level certifications are preferred (e.g., CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, Microsoft Fundamentals, CompTIA Network+).

Responsibilities

• Work assigned tickets in order of SLA.
• Serve as the first point of contact for client support requests received through phone, email, and client portal.
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontline technical issues to minimize disruption to customer operations.
• Escalate advanced issues to Systems Administrators or Systems Engineers per procedures.
