Job summary

Integris is hiring a Systems Administrator to manage desktop, server, networking, and cloud infrastructure while upholding security best practices. You’ll mentor technicians, contribute to SOPs, and deliver top-tier customer service across on-site, remote, and client-site support.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in infrastructure support, MSP exposure, and strong Windows/365 experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package as part of a national, people-first team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Valid driver’s license.
• One intermediate certification is preferred (examples include Network+, Security+, AZ-900, AZ-104, MS-102, CCNA, AI-103).
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience supporting infrastructure, end-user technologies, networking, virtualization, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage tickets in SLA order and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Escalate to Systems Engineers for multi-domain problems.
• Provide advanced end-user, server, networking, virtualization, and cloud support.
• Maintain security best practices and SOPs; contribute to knowledge base.
• Mentor Systems Technicians and assist with onboarding and training.
• Support AI-enabled productivity tools and documentation improvements.
