Responsibilities

• Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person.
• System Maintenance: Install, configure, and repair computers and peripherals.
• User Support & Escalation: Guide users through troubleshooting steps and elevate complex issues to higher-level support.
