Job summary

Legrand is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Minnetonka, Minnesota, to join its Integrated AV division. You will be the first point of contact for routine technology issues across office, engineering, and shop-floor environments, resolving common problems and escalating complex incidents as needed.

You will deploy and configure Windows devices, support Microsoft 365 apps, and assist with shop-floor technology, security, and access tasks while maintaining accurate asset records and creating

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 3+ years of end-user support in an enterprise.
• 5 years preferred in manufacturing/warehouse environments.
• Proficient with Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, and common peripherals.
• Able to troubleshoot hardware, software, accounts, and connectivity per procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for incidents and requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware/software issues.
• Image, deploy, and configure Windows devices.
• Support shop floor and warehouse technology.
• Perform basic connectivity checks and escalate network issues.
• Handle identity tasks like password resets and MFA support.
• Maintain asset and inventory records.
• Create knowledge articles and user instructions.
• Communicate status and next steps to users and teams.
