Job summary

Cam Integrated Solutions Llc in Houston, TX is seeking a Help Desk IT Technician to support users across three locations. You will handle tickets, manage accounts, and maintain devices to keep people productive.

You will work with a small IT team, providing hands-on desktop support, strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 proficiency, and effective communication with non-technical staff. This role requires travel between sites and physical lifting as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in desktop support or help desk (or equivalent training).
• Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 skills.
• Hands-on experience with ADUC.
• Team player who works well with others on the IT team and shares knowledge.
• Clear communicator who can explain tech to non-tech users.
• Organized and follows through on tickets.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Handle help desk tickets by phone, email, Teams, and in person
• Support Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive, and SharePoint
• Manage user accounts, groups, and password resets in Active Directory (ADUC) and Microsoft 365
• Onboard and offboard users, including accounts, licenses, mailboxes, and equipment
• Set up, image, and maintain Windows laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
• Support RingCentral phones, softphones, voicemail, and user setup
• Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, network drives)
• Track hardware and software inventory
• Document fixes and write simple how-to guides for staff
