Job summary

River Edge Behavioral Health is seeking an IT Data Operations Technician to support CCBHC team members by setting up laptops and troubleshooting IT issues. In this role, you will provide first-level IT support, train staff, and handle additional duties when required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in IT/Data Analyst.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up laptops and computing devices for team members.
• Provide first line IT support to CCBHC team members.
• Install and configure software and drivers.
• Respond to queries via phone, email, and remote access.
• Train colleagues on effective use of computer systems.
