Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Respond to Tier 1 help desk requests through tickets and phone support.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues.
Create user accounts and configure equipment during onboarding processes.
Assist with setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of phones and phone systems.
Maintain and track IT equipment and inventory records.
Follow up on unresolved tickets to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain professionalism and strong customer service while supporting staff and departments.
