Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to Tier 1 help desk requests through tickets and phone support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Create user accounts and configure equipment during onboarding processes.
• Assist with setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of phones and phone systems.
• Maintain and track IT equipment and inventory records.
• Follow up on unresolved tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain professionalism and strong customer service while supporting staff and departments.
