Job summary

River Edge is looking to fill the IT Data Operations Technician role. You will provide first-level IT support to CCBHC team members by setting up laptops and other devices, installing and configuring hardware and software, and troubleshooting issues.

The job also involves responding to support requests, training staff on computer systems, and occasional travel. A high school diploma or GED is required (associates preferred); solid Office 365 knowledge, basic PC troubleshooting, and networking

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associates preferred.
• Office 365 knowledge required.
• PC troubleshooting skills required.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• 21+ years of age.
• 1+ year IT/Data Analyst experience.
• Able to handle confidential information.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Background clearance and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Set up laptops and computing devices for CCBHC team members.
• Provide first-line IT support and basic troubleshooting.
• Install and configure hardware, software and drivers.
• Respond to queries via phone, email, or remote access.
• Train staff on how to use computer systems and components.
• Some travel required.
• Other duties as assigned.
