Job summary

Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital is seeking an IT Support Technician to manage basic computer maintenance, set up new workstations, and troubleshoot issues across two locations. You will coordinate with CFO/Corp IT to ensure security procedures are followed and collaborate with staff and external IT vendors.

Qualified candidates will have at least an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred) and experience with Windows, MS Office, and network devices. Healthcare environment experience is a plus.

• Associates degree or equivalent experience is required.

Responsibilities

• The IT Support Technician provides data processing services for the facility at both locations, performs basic computer system maintenance, sets up new computers, restores or removes out-of-service devices, troubleshoots system problems, and enforces security procedures with CFO/Corp IT.
• Interacts with staff across departments and with IT vendors to support operations.
