Job summary

Riverside Community Care in Massachusetts is seeking a Technology Support Specialist I to provide desktop and laptop support, assist with peripherals and software, and act as the first point of contact for end user issues. This onsite role reports to the Technology Services Manager and resolves problems independently or with the team.

You will travel to program sites as needed, maintain hardware inventory, image laptops/desktops, and document issues in the HelpDesk.

Qualifications

• Provides desktop/laptop support and troubleshooting for end users.
• Documents and tracks issues in the HelpDesk system.
• Works with IT resources to resolve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Resolve end user desktop issues via phone, remote access, or onsite support.
• Provide first-point-of-contact for desktop/laptop applications and support.
• Maintain hardware inventory and re-image laptops/desktops as needed.
