CNG Holdings, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to act as a front-line brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store. You will ensure outstanding customer service and regulatory excellence while supporting store operations in a fast-paced retail/financial environment.

Responsibilities include presenting product options, handling cash, verifying customer information, and coordinating with district leadership as needed to meet company standards and customer needs.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and able to multitask autonomously.

Responsabilidades

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio and options to meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or district leadership when needed.
• Answer calls and conduct outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations.
• Handle currency and cash drawers, deposits, and other cash handling duties.
• Balance batch receipts and assist with reconciling discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications and process transactions per policy.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies.
