CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional customer service across one or more locations. You will supervise staff, manage cash handling, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.

The role emphasizes sales leadership, schedule management, onboarding of new assistants, and cross-store collaboration to achieve district targets. A strong focus on customer experience and operational excellence is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, work autonomously, and provide store-level leadership.

Responsabilités

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Escalate issues to the District Director of Operations if unable to resolve with the customer.
• Respond professionally to customer questions, applications, requests, and collections in accordance with regulations and procedures.
• Handle cash operations, including cash drawer management, deposits, and bank pickups.
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications of information presented.
• Process transactions (loans, check cashing, Net Spend) per policy.
• Comply with federal and state regulations and company policies.
• Complete compliance trainings and timely I Agree confirmations.
• Coordinate operations, development, and training to meet targets.
• Maintain store staff schedules and cover other stores in the district when needed.
• Support staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales culture.
• Assist District Director of Operations with recruiting and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers.
• Other duties as assigned.
