Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, seeks a Forward Deployed Data Scientist to embed with enterprise customers and design data-driven AI solutions that scale customer support. You will work with go-to-market teams to translate insights into measurable impact.

This high-ownership role requires solving complex problems using SQL and production-grade Python, with travel to customer sites for on-site deployments and ongoing collaboration with Sales, Success, and Product to drive adoption.

• Strong collaboration across Sales, Success, Product, and Engineering.
• Excellent communication, both technical and non-technical.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers.
