Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or technical implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) or a comparable enterprise data platform.
• Experience building data pipelines and integrations with enterprise platforms.
• Proficient in SQL and multi-language support (e.g., Apex, Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Knowledge of AI data integration, MCP, and agent protocols.
• Experience delivering with customer teams in deadline-driven environments.
• Certifications in Salesforce Agentforce, Data 360, Salesforce Platform.

Responsibilities

• Build in customer environments; develop directly in sandboxes and production with Data 360 configuration and tooling.
• Engineer the data layer across ingestion, harmonization, and identity resolution.
• Validate outcomes with representative test data and edge cases.
• Ground AI data integration with RAG, vector databases, and knowledge bases.
• Design and implement MCP and agent-to-agent communication protocols.
• Connect Salesforce ecosystems to enterprise apps; ensure secure integration patterns.
• Govern data through secure access, transformation, and governance practices.
• Deliver scalable, secure data solutions and hand off to customers with clear ownership.
