Job summary

The Glass Guru of East Minneapolis is seeking a Customer Service Rep to be on the front lines of customer service. You will handle inbound and outbound communication, schedule estimates, quote products by phone, and support installers and estimators.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, screen leads, and ensuring accurate order confirmations, with a focus on organization and timely communication. HS diploma required; background/drug test clearance is needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Respond to voicemails and emails; greet showroom visitors.
• Screen leads and schedule estimate appointments.
• Quote products by phone and assist estimators with follow-ups.
• Schedule installation appointments with customers.
• Troubleshoot field issues with GM/vendors/techs.
• Check order confirmations for size and pricing.
• File daily work orders and estimates; order office supplies.
• Keep the office tidy.
