Job summary

The Glass Guru of Charleston, SC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the frontline liaison with customers. You will handle inbound and outbound communications, greet showroom visitors, and support estimators with follow-ups and scheduling.

This role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates will have a HS Diploma, be able to pass a background check and drug test, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass initial background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls during business hours.
• Respond to voicemails and messages from answering service or emails.
• Greet customers and showroom visitors.
• Screen inbound leads and schedule estimates/appointments.
• Quote products by phone when applicable.
• Assist estimators with follow-up on pending sales/quotes via phone/email.
• Schedule installation appointments with customers.
• Troubleshoot field issues with GM/vendors and technicians.
• Check order confirmations for size and pricing accuracy.
• Maintain filing of daily orders and estimates; order office supplies.
• Keep the office tidy and organized.
