Job summary

The Glass Guru of Edmond, OK is seeking an Office Assistant to be the first point of contact for customers. You will handle inbound calls, emails, greet walk-ins, and assist estimators with follow-ups and scheduling.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, with strong verbal and written communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and eligibility for company benefits follows the probation period.

Qualifications

• Pass background check and drug test.
• Apt at greeting customers and handling fronts of house.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls promptly during business hours.
• Respond to voicemails and messages from the answering service.
• Respond to inbound email correspondence and forward as appropriate.
• Greet customers and other walk-ins.
• Screen incoming leads/potential customers.
• Assist estimators with follow-ups on pending sales/quotes by phone and email.
• Schedule installs as needed.
• Keep the office clean and tidy.
• Other duties as assigned.
