Glass Doctor is seeking an Inside Sales Representative / Front Desk Sales Representative to provide top-tier customer service. You will handle calls, enter data in the POS system, and schedule appointments to close sales while assisting customers with vehicle glass needs.

Qualifications

• One year or more of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be insurable with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner and verifies contact information.
• Enters customer information into the point-of-sale system.
• Sets appointments for flat projects to promptly close the sale.
• Assists auto glass customers with open-ended questions to gather vehicle details.
• Responds to email requests to secure opportunities and collects payments.
