Southwest Airlines is seeking a Customer Service Agent in California to greet Customers at the ticket counter, assist with check-in, boarding, and baggage, and resolve issues during delays. The role emphasizes friendly service, teamwork, and a positive travel experience for our Customers.

You will contribute to smooth operations in this fast-paced Ground Operations environment and engage with customers to ensure their travel plans go as intended.

Qualifications

• No education requirement.
• No experience requirement.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet all local airport requirements.
• May be required to obtain a Customs Seal and meet requirements to work international flights.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly service to and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external Customers
• Work in a cooperative spirit to ensure the success of our Company
• Provide legendary Customer service for travel, cargo or baggage needs and assist accordingly
• Handle ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage and reservations using a computerized POS system and resolve related issues
• Greet and assist Customers politely; handle payments and balance cash transactions daily
