Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate for our HomeGoods store in Raleigh. You will promote a highly satisfied customer experience, drive loyalty, and assist in frontline operations across the store.

You will train and mentor Associates on policies, cash handling, and customer service, while maintaining merchandising standards. Ideal candidates are available for a flexible schedule, can work evenings/weekends, and possess strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to train and provide direction to others.
• Able to run a register and handle money.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a highly satisfied customer experience and loyalty.
• Trains and mentors Associates on frontline procedures and cash handling.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for optimal frontline coverage.
• Maintains cleanliness and merchandising standards on the frontline.
