Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and greet callers.
• Transfer calls and relay messages to appropriate staff.
• Record call details and document in the computer system.
• Operate switchboard, intercom, or PA system as needed.
• Complete clerical tasks: mailings, typing, filing, data entry.
