Honesdale National Bank is hiring a Part-Time Customer Experience Associate for our Main Street location in Honesdale, PA. You will be the frontline ambassador, delivering friendly service while accurately processing deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions.

The role emphasizes helping customers, promoting bank products, and maintaining compliance with policies and security standards. Occasional travel to other branches may be required; a high level of detail, confidentiality, and teamwork

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with cash handling and customer service preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments accurately.
• Promote bank products and services while delivering service.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain cash drawer and ATM, ensure security.
• Open night deposit bags and currency orders.
• Greet and assist lobby customers; direct them appropriately.
• Identify potential fraud and report it.
• Complete CTRs and Monetary Instruments Log.
• Adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support marketing initiatives and community events.
