• Handle cashier’s checks, money orders, and card payments.
• Provide access to safe deposit boxes and related documentation.
• Balance cash drawer and ATM, ensure cash security.
• Greet lobby customers and deliver courteous service.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and advise on bank products.
• Assist with account reconciliation and check orders.
• Report fraud or suspicious activity.
• Adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
