Job summary

TD is seeking a Frontline Banking Associate in Quakertown, PA to deliver friendly, accurate everyday banking and assist clients in achieving their financial goals. You will guide traffic, handle routine transactions, and educate customers on self-service options, while maintaining TD’s risk and regulatory standards.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled. Notary licensure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of experience working with clients or in a related role.
• Experience as a teller or cash-handling in a client-facing environment preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Notary license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guiding them and delivering a high-touch experience.
• Process everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify client needs and refer to appropriate partners to support financial goals.
• Educate clients on basic banking products and self-serve options.
• Escalate non-standard issues while following standard procedures.
