You will educate customers on digital tools, answer inquiries, and help guide them to the right specialist while upholding security and compliance standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, prior customer service experience, and the ability to travel to nearby branches as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to complete internal teller and product training.
• Ability to attend a 5-7 day initial training program, which may involve overnight travel; company covers travel expenses.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing) with accuracy.
• Maintain cash drawer balance and verify customer identity and funds.
• Educate customers on digital tools and self-service options.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer to specialists as needed.
• Support lobby and branch operations and assist with inquiries.
• Respond to calls and direct inquiries per bank standards.
• Travel to nearby branches to support staffing as needed.
