Qualifications

• Ability to attend a 5-7-day initial training program, which may involve overnight travel depending on distance; the company covers or reimburses applicable travel expenses, such as mileage and lodging
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Process routine teller transactions with accurate cash handling.
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and checks.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Refer customers to branch specialists for more complex needs.
• Support lobby management and address inquiries professionally.
• Respond to phone inquiries per bank standards.
• Maintain security and protect customer information.
