Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance (all Teller related functions) and primary client acquisition.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems and/or complaints and through research and communication resolve in a timely and effective manner.
• Risk Management: Deliver timely and accurate daily financial transactions; understanding and adhering to bank policies and regulations.
• Additional Accountabilities: Perform special projects and additional duties while complying with regulatory policies and training requirements.
