Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to complete internal teller and product training.
• Ability to attend a 5–7-day initial training program, may involve overnight travel; company covers travel expenses.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for customers entering the branch.
• Process routine financial transactions with accuracy and cash handling.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Identify opportunities to refer customers to specialists for additional services.
• Support lobby management and guide customers to appropriate team members.
• Answer calls promptly and assist inquiries per bank standards.
