Job summary

The role emphasizes digital tools education, customer engagement, and referrals to branch partners. You will support branch operations, adhere to security standards, and participate in ongoing training, with travel to nearby branches as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to complete internal teller and product training.
• Ability to attend a 5–7-day initial training program, which may involve overnight travel; company covers travel expenses.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions, deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with verification of customer identity.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and balance within established guidelines.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Assist with lobby management and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Engage customers in needs-based conversations and refer to specialists when needed.
• Support branch operations and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
• Travel to nearby branches to support staffing and service levels as required.
