Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, accurate, and efficient teller service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with identity verification and funds available.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members.
• Support lobby management and route customers to the right service area.
• Answer calls promptly and assist with inquiries per bank standards.
