Responsibilities include processing cash transactions, maintaining accuracy, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient branch operations while upholding security and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to complete internal teller and product training.
• Must be able to attend a 5-7 day initial training program with travel reimbursement.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for customers entering the branch.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with verification of identity and funds.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Direct inquiries to the appropriate team members and provide assistance according to bank standards.
• Balance cash drawer, adhere to security and compliance standards, and support branch operations.
