Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Teller to serve as the frontline face of Community Bank, N.A. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, and routine transactions with accuracy while delivering welcoming, customer-focused service.

You will engage customers, promote digital tools, and collaborate with branch teams to meet service and sales goals. Travel to training locations may be required, with company support for travel expenses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and an ability to complete teller training.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for training as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers.
• Ability to follow procedures, maintain confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions with accuracy and balance cash drawer.
• Provide friendly, efficient service and assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Refer customers to specialists for more complex needs and support branch operations.
• Maintain security and compliance standards and participate in training.
