Job summary

Roboflow is hiring a Strategic Projects Lead on the Frontier Data team, working in a fully distributed environment with global hubs. You will own the delivery engine for datasets and environments shipped to leading AI labs, shepherding engagements from intake to final shipment.

You’ll build scalable processes to make quality visible and measurable, coordinating with researchers and engineers to shape data products and manage contributor/reviewer capacity across the network.

Qualifications

• Practical experience with agents, evaluations, or RL workflows.
• Outstanding organization, judgement, and communication skills.
• Nice to have: exposure to data labeling, annotation operations, evaluations, or ML training data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery from intake through execution, review, and final shipment.
• Build processes that ensure quality is visible, measurable, and consistently enforced.
• Interface with researchers and engineers at leading AI labs to shape data products.
• Plan and manage capacity across contributor and reviewer networks.
