Job summary

Roboflow is seeking a Strategic Projects Lead on our Frontier Data team to own the delivery engine behind the datasets and environments shipped to leading AI labs. You will take engagements from intake, scope them, stand up the process, run it, review the output, and ship it.

The role requires excellent organization, judgement, and communication; practical experience with agents, evaluations, or RL workflows; nice to have exposure to data labeling and ML training data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Practical experience with agents, evaluations, or RL workflows.
• Outstanding organization, judgement, and communication skills.
• Nice to have: exposure to data labeling, annotation operations, evaluations, or ML training data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery from intake through execution, review, and final shipment.
• Build processes to ensure quality is visible, measurable, and consistently enforced.
• Interface with researchers and engineers at leading AI labs to shape data products.
• Plan and manage capacity across contributor and reviewer networks.
