Job summary

Roboflow is hiring a Member of Technical Staff for the Frontier Data team. You will build RL environments, evaluations, and datasets that close high-value capability gaps in frontier models, while developing scalable platforms to run massive task workloads.

You’ll work directly with researchers and engineers to shape dataset development and model roadmaps. You’ll contribute to production systems, ensure quality through metrics and automated checks, and share work with the wider community,

Qualifications

• Practical experience with agents, evaluations, or RL workflows.
• Strong technical background and written communication.
• Nice to have: computer vision, multimodal models, or experience with an AI lab collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and build RL environments, evaluations, and datasets for frontier model capability.
• Develop internal platforms to run hundreds of thousands of tasks at scale.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers on data development and model roadmaps.
• Make quality measurable with grading harnesses, metrics, and checks.
• Prototype quickly, then harden into production systems for others to run.
• Contribute to open source projects to accelerate the community.
