Job summary

Roboflow Labs in San Francisco leads frontier data projects that power machine learning research. The Strategic Projects Lead role owns end-to-end delivery of datasets and environments shipped to leading AI labs, driving process discipline, quality, and scalable operations across contributor networks.

You will coordinate with researchers and engineers, shaping data products and capacity planning to meet growing demand.

Qualifications

• Experience with agents, evaluations, or RL workflows.
• Excellent organizational, judgment, and communication skills.
• Exposure to data labeling, annotation operations, ML training data pipelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery from intake through execution, review, and final shipment.
• Build processes to make quality visible, measurable, and enforceable.
• Interface with researchers and engineers at top AI labs to shape data products.
• Plan and manage capacity across contributor and reviewer networks.
