Job summary

Roboflow is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for Roboflow Labs to build the data platform and data delivery pipelines from frontier labs to customers. You will own end-to-end delivery, ensure data provenance, and drive quality automation across ingestion, validation, packaging, and shipping.

The role emphasizes designing scalable systems for large data volumes, with a chance to work on annotation-related workflows or ML data pipelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building production software with depth in backend, data pipelines or full-stack.
• Experience designing systems that process large data volumes reliably.
• Strong product judgment.
• Nice to have: annotation or human-data platforms, marketplaces with payouts, ML data pipelines, or CV tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own the Labs data platform end to end: catalog, delivery portal, collection tooling, and data foundation.
• Create delivery pipelines to ingest, validate, package, and ship datasets with provenance and audit trails.
• Automate quality: consensus, review routing, fraud/dup detection, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with Strategic Projects Leads to turn deliveries into reusable infrastructure.
• Integrate with Roboflow's core platform and open-source tooling.
• Set engineering bar for the team: architecture, code review, observability, on-call and release practices.
