Job summary

Roboflow Labs in San Francisco leads frontier data projects that power machine learning research. The Strategic Projects Lead role owns end-to-end delivery of datasets and environments shipped to leading AI labs, driving process discipline, quality, and scalable operations across contributor networks.

You will coordinate with researchers and engineers, shaping data products and capacity planning to meet growing demand.

What You'll Do

As a Strategic Projects Lead on our Frontier Data team, you’ll own the delivery engine behind the datasets and environments we ship to leading AI labs. Every engagement runs through you: you take it in, scope it, stand up the process, run it, review the output, and ship it.

• Own delivery from intake through execution, review, and final shipment.
• Build processes that ensure quality is visible, measurable, and consistently enforced.
• Interface with researchers and engineers at leading AI labs to shape data products.
• Plan and manage capacity across contributor and reviewer networks.

Who You Are

You are a highly organized operator who thrives on ownership and who wants to be an important part of an exceptional team that focuses on using Roboflow’s computer vision platform to advance frontier model capabilities. You have high agency and a bias toward action.

• Practical experience with agents, evaluations, or RL workflows.
• Outstanding organization, judgement, and communication skills.
• Nice to have: exposure to data labeling, annotation operations, evaluations, or ML training data pipelines.

Where You'll Work

Roboflow is a fully distributed company with hubs in San Francisco, New York City, Singapore, and Brazil. Roboflow Labs works in person in San Francisco. We host full company retreats twice per year.

What You'll Receive

The target compensation for this role is $150,000 – $300,000 base salary commensurate with experience as well as equity in the company. Total cash comp is expected to scale significantly with growth of Roboflow Labs.
