Job summary

Qualifications

• Required: 5–8 years in technology or program management, or related leadership experience.
• Experience with enterprise AI tools is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support rollout, adoption, and ongoing management of general-purpose AI assistants.
• Manage licenses, access, and feature enablement across teams.
• Coordinate governance, reporting, training, and adoption programs.
• Lead office hours, workshops, demos, and stakeholder discussions.
