Job summary

United Way of Greenville County is seeking an AI-forward early-career professional to help lead AI adoption across the organization. You’ll work with tools like Claude and ChatGPT to turn AI insight into practical business impact while learning core applied AI deployment practices.

In this role you will implement and manage AI workflows across teams, design and refine prompts, train teammates, evaluate new tools, and document outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree (or near-complete) in AI, CS, DS, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience implementing AI tools like Claude and/or ChatGPT in real projects.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication to explain AI concepts to non-technical teammates.
• Passion for staying current with AI developments.
