Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager or tech-lead managing large-scale software/ML projects.
• 2+ years managing programs focused on core engineering infrastructure, platform services, or distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI lifecycle, including LLM usage for tasks, fine-tuning, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Program Ownership: strategic planning, scheduling, and high-velocity execution for enterprise programs with weekly cross-functional syncs.
• Cross-Functional Architecture Integration across Platform, Forward Deployed Eng, Product to deliver frontier agents to enterprises.
• Translate deep technical challenges into concise, actionable insights for engineers and C-suite stakeholders.
