Job summary

PineQ Lab Technology is seeking an experienced AI Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, Analytics, and Intelligent Automation initiatives. The role bridges business and technology teams, driving AI adoption with governance, security, and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets, UAT, deployment, and stakeholder communication while ensuring responsible AI practices and cost governance across

Qualifications

• 10-14+ years of Project/Program Management, Technology Delivery, or Digital Transformation.
• 2+ years delivering AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, Data Science, Analytics, or Intelligent Automation projects.
• Experience with AI-enabled SDLC tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, AI coding assistants, and automated testing.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML, LLMs, AI Agents, APIs, cloud AI services, RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, including Generative AI, Analytics, and Intelligent Automation.

Seeking an experienced AI Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Analytics, and Intelligent Automation initiatives. The role will bridge business and technology teams, manage enterprise programs, and drive AI adoption while ensuring governance, security, and measurable business outcomes.

Required Skills

• 10-14+ years of Project/Program Management, Technology Delivery, or Digital Transformation.
• 2+ years delivering AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, Data Science, Analytics, or Intelligent Automation projects.
• Experience with AI-enabled SDLC tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, AI coding assistants, and automated testing.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML, LLMs, AI Agents, APIs, cloud AI services, RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Understanding of LLMOps/MLOps, AI evaluation, observability, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum.
• Strong experience managing scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets, UAT, deployment, and stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of AI governance, Responsible AI, security, privacy, compliance, and AI cost governance (FinOps).

Must-Have

• Strong Technical Program/Project Management background.
• AI-enabled SDLC experience.
• Knowledge of AI Agents, LLMs, RAG, and AI platforms.
• Strong Agile delivery, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
