Job summary

Scale is seeking a Technical Program Manager to partner with Frontier Agent Engineering on enterprise engagements, owning program delivery from scoping to enterprise adoption. You will drive alignment across engineering, product, and leadership, translating complexity into actionable execution plans.

You will guide risk mitigation, evolve agile frameworks, and ensure on-time delivery for critical enterprise initiatives in a high-growth AI environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise-scale program management experience.
• 2+ years managing programs in core engineering infrastructure or distributed systems.
• Strong AI/ML literacy with GenAI lifecycle understanding.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency with iterative development and modern PM tooling.
• Growth mindset and active engagement with ML/GenAI practices.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic planning, scheduling, and high-velocity execution of multiple enterprise programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional architecture & communication across Platform, Engineering, Product.
• Translate complex tech challenges into clear business impacts for executives.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies to maintain momentum.
• Evolve agile processes and tooling to support ML and software lifecycles.
• Define and report on program health metrics and delivery forecasts.
