Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a seasoned AI program manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of AI agent and automation initiatives. You will partner with product, engineering, and operations to identify AI-enabled opportunities and define clear roadmaps with success metrics.

Qualifications

Must hold PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification.
Experience with AI/automation platforms such as Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Power Platform or UiPath.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of AI agent and automation programs from inception through deployment.
Partner with stakeholders across product, engineering, and operations to identify AI-driven opportunities.
Define scope, objectives, metrics, and roadmaps for programs.
Manage cross-functional project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks and issues.
Oversee development, testing, deployment, and adoption of AI agents and automation solutions.
Drive governance, reporting, and executive communication to secure alignment and value realization.
Monitor performance and outcomes to ensure business value and ROI.
Establish AI governance, security, and responsible AI usage practices.
Support change management, including user enablement and adoption strategies.
Continuously identify improvements to operations through AI and automation.
