Job summary

LevelTen Energy seeks an AI Program Manager in Seattle to champion Claude AI adoption, build agentic workflows, and lead cross‑department AI initiatives. You will train teams, partner with IT and InfoSec to ensure secure rollouts, and drive a practical AI strategy across a 100+ employee organization.

You’ll design integrations, prototype solutions, and measure impact while staying ahead of AI trends to deliver real business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with 1-2 of those years incorporating AI.
• Demonstrated experience designing and deploying agentic workflows, AI automations, or lightweight integrations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize & Educate: Serve as the internal champion for Claude AI adoption with demos and internal communications.
• Applied AI Expertise: Build in Claude, configure agentic workflows, design AI automations and lightweight integrations.
• Design & Deliver Training: Develop programs and resources for different departments to use approved AI tools.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with department heads to optimize workflows with AI.
• IT & InfoSec Partnership: Collaborate with IT and InfoSec to vet and securely deploy AI platforms.
• Program Management: Own the AI adoption roadmap and monitor deployment progress and usage.
• Market Research: Track AI landscape and identify tools and trends aligned with business goals.
