Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Technical Program Manager for its Enterprise team in San Francisco. The role leads the technical strategy and execution behind products and shared capabilities enabling ChatGPT, Codex, and future offerings for organizations.

You will translate customer needs into actionable plans, influence architecture, and drive durable capabilities across application, platform, and infrastructure layers.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical strategy and execution for enterprise product and AI workflow initiatives, from design through implementation, launch, customer rollout, and iteration.
• Partner with engineering to influence interface definitions and implementation tradeoffs across full-stack products, APIs, integrations, and shared platform systems.
• Translate enterprise requirements into actionable product priorities across AI-powered workflows, identity, security, governance, and deployment readiness.
• Represent needs of enterprise buyers, IT admins, security teams, business leaders, developers, and end users in decisions.
• Coordinate enterprise launch readiness, including security and operational requirements and post-launch follow-through.
• Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Design, and GTM with clear ownership and milestones.
• Work with enterprise customers to identify high-value workflows and turn recurring needs into scalable product improvements.
