Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances/exits to deter theft and maintain security.
• Greet every customer with a warm, energetic greeting.
• Identify and report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty.
• Conduct bag and package checks on associates in line with safety standards.
• Support and participate in shortage reduction programs and training for staff.
